Returns & Exchanges
Returning or Exchanging an item could not be easier.
Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to:
- Notify us of your exchange or return request
- Request a full refund
Items must be returned to us unused with all Tailored Equestrian tags and brand labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Need a Different Size?
There is no problem in exchanging your order for another size. Simply contact us and we will be able to assist you further. Exchanges are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.
Returning Your Purchase:
Please ensure to notify us before you return your order. Goods are returned at the expense of the customer.

We strongly recommend that all returns are sent by recorded/ tracked delivery in order that they can be signed for and entered into our system.
Please note we cannot accept returns with "Customs & Duties Owed". All customs and duties charges must be paid by the customer returning the purchase.

Refunds:
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your Tailored Equestrian account or back to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or the order is cancelled.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
As the buyer, you are responsible for any Duty, VAT, Taxes, Handling Fees or Customs clearance charges etc that are required by your country for importing consumer goods.
We are unable to collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of cost as charges vary around the world. It is generally procedure that the delivery company will contact you for payment before delivering your goods, although this may vary with different couriers and countries.
We recommend that international customers do prior research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing your delivery through customs, and so you have an idea of what the additional cost may be.
Please contact your local postal or customs office for more information if you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges.
It is your full responsibility to verify the duties and customs charges and procedures in your country before placing your order.
You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and charges at the time of delivery, your order will be returned back to us and we will be unable to issue a refund for the original shipment costs and an additional charge of €30 will be applied for the return.
