What’s special
The Neck All Weather Rainproof is used in combination with our Turnout Rug All Weather Hurricane. The neck comes in 0g and 150g to suit the needs of your horse. and is easily detached with a strong hook and loop. Thanks to the 100% water and windproof outside, the neck is strong and therefore can be for horses who are in the field all day.

Fabrics & materials
The neck comes with the same PU coating as the turnout rug all weather hurricane, so your horse has maximal protection against rain and wind. This PU coating is applied on the outside of the neck, which is unique in the equine market. Because the coating is applied on the outside, the neck stays fully waterproof and does not need any special treatments. The coating also prevents the neck from tearing. The inside of the neck is lined with artificial rabbit skin, to protect the manes of the horse. The rabbit skin offers extra warmth and feels soft on the skin. This makes the neck perfect for horses with sensitive skin. For more warmth we added 150g fiberfill on the inside. This fiberfill works as an extra isolating layer to trap and retain body heat.

Shape & size
The neck features four strong hook and loop closures. These closures are on the inside of the neckpiece so there’s no gap between the rug and the neckpiece and water has no chance of entering. To close the neck in the front, there are two strong hook and loop closures that have artificial leather patches for a classic look.

Care guide
When the neckpiece is muddy, you can simply hose it off. For a deeper cleaning you can wash the neckpiece at 30 degrees. The neckpiece doesn’t need special waterproof treatment as washing does not damage the waterproof coating. We advise you to let the neckpiece airdry.
