The Turnout Rug All Weather Waterproof classic is perfect for daily use in the paddock or field. Depending on the need of your horse, the rug is available in four different versions – 0g, 50g, 150g or 300g. the rug is resistant to all weather conditions due to its waterproof and dirt repellent coating. The materials of this rug are light-weighted and have a perfect fit, to offer maximum comfort.

The Kentucky Turnout Rug offers maximum protection throughout the whole year. if you wish, you can use the rug in combination with a stable rug. In that case we advise to use the under-rug skin friendly or our successful Show Rug. Both rugs can be used in the stable but are easily tuned to an outside rug when used with the turnout rug. The outside of the is really strong (600D), breathable and tear resistant thanks to its structure. De lining of the rug is a smooth and strong polyester (210T). Polyester is easy to maintain, doesn’t smell and moves always back in place.

The rug is finished off with the signature Kentucky style: the rug has 2 gold front closures, combined with a strong Velcro fastening two surcingles and a detachable tail cord. The tail flap offers extra protection and warmth. He turnout rug is available in navy. The combination of this color, the gold details and the brown artificial leather give each horse a classic and stylish look.

A neck piece for this rug is bought separately. The neck piece is easily detached to the rug with four Velcro fastenings. The neck piece overlaps the rug so the horse is protected from rain and cold. The neck piece closes with two strong Velcro closures and is finished off with the signature brown artificial leather. The neck piece is available in 0g and 150g.
