All our deliveries are sent express with our shipping partner UPS.

Deliveries Within Ireland

Ireland & Northern Ireland: €5.00 

Delivery time: Next day delivery.

All deliveries within Ireland are delivered Free Of Charge for orders over €100.00.  

Deliveries To The UK

All deliveries in the UK are subject to a Flat Rate carriage charge of €15.00. There may be additional charges for heavy goods. You will be notified directly if such a charge is necessary. 

Orders placed from outside of the EU are VAT- Exempt and therefore do not pay 23% VAT at checkout. Please note that overseas orders may be subject to customs duty charges when entering your country. We have no control over these charges.

United Kingdom: €15

Deliveries on European Orders

All deliveries in Europe are subject to a Flat Rate carriage charge of €25.00. There may be additional charges for heavy goods. You will be notified directly if such a charge is necessary.

Deliveries on International Orders

We export all over the world. Orders placed from outside of the EU are VAT- Exempt and therefore do not pay 23% VAT at checkout. Please note that overseas orders may be subject to customs duty charges when entering your country. We have no control over these charges.

Despatch

Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 2pm, Monday-Thursday. For all deliveries, it must be noted that a signature is required by the courier company.
We must be notified of any damage incurred during posting within 24 hours of receipt of items.
In certain cases, the above stated rates for shipping will not apply, for example, where the items ordered are heavy, oversized or of an unusual shape.
Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame in a saleable condition, unused with garment tags attached.

Please note that the below items cannot be exchanged unless faulty:

  • Embroidered Goods

  • Made to Measure Items

  • Bespoke items made in personalised colours

Goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.

 

How to return Goods:

Contact us and we will issue you with a Returns Code which must be stated clearly on the returned package.

Returned goods are posted at your own expense and we strongly recommend that they are sent by recorded/ tracked delivery in order that they can be signed for and entered into our system.
